In memory of our colleague and friend, Elsie MacMillan, whose 11 years with SWS left a lasting impact on our team, our clients, and our company.
As SWS’s Head of Client Experience, Elsie was a familiar and trusted presence to so many of our clients. She helped shape a culture where client care is not simply a responsibility, but a commitment shared by every member of our team. Her leadership challenged us to expect the best from ourselves, bring out the best in one another, and continually raise the standard of service we provide.
She was instrumental in many initiatives that reflected the compassion and generosity she brought to her work, including our SickKids campaigns. Elsie believed deeply in using our collective efforts to make a meaningful difference for our clients and within the wider community.
Her legacy will continue through the relationships she built, the people she inspired, and the client-first values she helped embed throughout SWS. She is deeply missed and will always be remembered as an incredibly important part of the SWS story.
