SWS has been exemplary in their products and quality. 95% of our fleet utilize SWS warning products, The warranty and communication when required has been a great experience. ( however, in our fleet, I don’t know of any warranty ever been used). The SWS staff truly know their product in all aspects. The vast amount of Titan products we have deployed in the fleet have not shown any issues over years of use and outdoor Canadian-weather abuse. Put simply, it always works! The intensity of the modules has been a major plus for us, especially in poor winter visibility. No other product we have had or tested punches through the snow and fog like these do. I highly recommend the Titan line to other fleets and properties around the country.
